Join us for “Take a Breath”, a restorative afternoon designed to help you pause, reset, and reconnect through gentle mind–body practices. This welcoming event invites you to explore the power of conscious breathing through guided breath codes, dancing breath, singing breath rthym, breath-inspired creative art, and a deeply relaxing sound bowl meditation to code your brain waves.

Who is this for?

People who like to appreciate their breath and claim good mind-body health synergies.

This is for public, business owners, healthcare professionals, managers and young people.

No experience is needed and everyone is welcome. Refreshments will be provided, creating a relaxed space to connect with others while nourishing your body and mind.

Infinity Art – Grounding Through Breath
Flow with gentle box breathing as your brush traces infinite loops and curves—a meditative path to focus and calm.

Canvas Lung – Emotion Art
Map your emotions onto the shape of your lungs. Explore colors mindfully and discover where feelings reside within you.

Breath-to-Brush – The Art of Letting Go
Inhale to set an intention. Exhale to release it onto the canvas with flowing push-and-pull strokes.
